In this webinar Simon will give a detailed analysis behind demand and supply trends across key global markets and his thoughts on where things are heading.
Simon is a global meat trader and analyst based in Wangaratta. His work in the global protein space spans nearly 3 decades of travelling the world as a trader. Today, Simon is an independent meat and livestock analyst and works closely with meat processors, live cattle exporters, farmers and importers in Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan and the US.
