Covid-19 and ISC Helpdesk access

Integrity Systems Company and Meat & Livestock Australia are taking considered action to support global containment efforts of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our people, their families, our stakeholders, visitors and contractors.

ISC and MLA have implemented preventative measures that comply with government guidelines and have taken additional steps to prepare and adapt to a changing work environment. This means that all ISC and MLA staff are currently working remotely.

The ISC Helpdesk service will continue to operate during business hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

ISC will be working to maintain our levels of service to our customers during this temporary change in service delivery and ask for your understanding and patience while we manage this unprecedented situation.

MLA’s COVID-19 containment efforts also mean there are changes to MLA’s market reporting. These changes include market reports arriving slightly later than usual, the unavailability of fat and muscle scores in reports and existing cattle and sheep indicators ceasing. These changes will remain in place until 27 April 2020, or until otherwise advised. You can read about the changes here.
