September CEO Message

September CEO Message

29 September 2024
-Min Read

September has been another busy month at ISC with changes to the Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program going live at the beginning of this month. Preparations are also in hand to launch a voluntary LPA module which will create a device-free movement pathway for Harvested Rangeland Goats (HRG) from 1 January 2025.

The NLIS Database Uplift team has also been making solid progress. They’ve started delivering some incredible workflow efficiency improvements that will make using the uplifted NLIS faster and simpler.

I also wanted to let you know that our Customer Experience team were recently announced as a winner in the Customer Experience Management category of the prestigious Australian Business Awards.

The win coincides with news that the ISC Customer Service Centre is now available seven days a week, so please feel free to contact the team on 1800 683 111 if you need assistance.

In other news, ISC staff recently visited a range of supply chain businesses in the NSW Hunter Valley for a two-day offsite to learn more about how the integrity systems are used in practice within our industry. This photo captures the team at the Hunter Region Livestock Exchange at Singleton.

Lastly, if you are able to make it, I encourage you to register for MLA Updates which will be held on 10 October at the Claremont Showgrounds in Perth. I’ll be there with ISC's Adoption Project Manager, Demi Lollback, who'll be on hand to answer your questions.

I hope to see some of you there. In the meantime, please enjoy this month’s edition of Integrity Matters.

Kind regards

Jo Quigley
