I hope you enjoyed a happy Easter and found time to relax with family or friends over the break.
I know many of you will have visited Sydney's Royal Easter Show over the past few weeks – either as a visitor or a competitor in the livestock competitions.
We saw another great effort by the RAS NSW Cattle Council to drive up use of eNVDs across their cattle competitions, with this year's steer competitions reporting 100% uptake of the eNVD – streamlining the process for everyone.
ISC goes on the road
Our team has been on the road this month, sharing the proposed dashboard designs for the uplifted NLIS with producers and processors – and listening to the feedback.
Some of you may have seen the team onsite at the Cattle Pavilion during the Royal Easter Show’s Cattle Week where we hosted a lunch to meet producers and give them the chance to try out the new NLIS dashboard options.
(ISC’s Digital Product Manager and UX Lead, Jon Asimus, demonstrates the uplifted NLIS concepts.)
(ISC Digital Product Owner, Guru Singh, listens to producer feedback on the proposed dashboards.)

The ISC team onsite (LtoR) Dianya Huang (Accenture), George Basha (ISC Operations Analyst),
Xander Bennett (ISC Communications Officer), Guru Singh (ISC’s Digital Product Owner)
We also attended the Meat Processors and Exporters Conference on the Gold Coast where we gave processors the same opportunity to test out the uplifted NLIS dashboards and provide feedback.
It’s been gratifying to see an enthusiastic response. One processor, who runs their vertically integrated supply chain, said the uplifted NLIS was a huge improvement on the current system which now seemed complicated and difficult to navigate in comparison.
Next stop...
We’ll be visiting more locations over the coming months, including the Zoetis AngusExpo in Tamworth from 3–4 May.
Keep an eye on our events page for further information on new dates and locations as they become available.
ISC ChatBot launches
Early this month, our Customer Experience team launched the first iteration of our ISC ChatBot – a 24/7 online support tool.
The new ChatBot is a great option to access around-the-clock support for the eNVD, NLIS and LPA, as well as many other enquiries.
You can find the ISC ChatBot in the bottom righthand corner of the website, as well as the myMLA and LPA account pages. To receive answers that are more tailored to your needs, log in via myMLA for account-specific guidance.
Of course, if you prefer to speak with a person, our customer service desk is still on hand seven days a week from 8am-7pm (AEST) Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm (AEST) Saturday-Sunday.
We’re excited to be able to provide this new service and I hope you’ll try it next time you have a question.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this edition of Integrity Matters.
Kind regards
Jo Quigley
