Ensuring instant traceability when printing your eNVDs
The eNVD web-based system and mobile app allows you to complete and submit your livestock consignments online, ensuring all key details are stored within your account – delivering instant traceability.
An additional benefit of the web-based system is that while producers can submit consignments online, it is also possible to print out a hard copy for transporters, when required.
Consignments can be printed without including the head count. Some producers will opt to complete this section by hand once the consignment is loaded and the numbers are confirmed. The producer will then hand this copy to the transporter.
To ensure instant traceability is provided by the eNVD system, it is critical that producers who fill in their transaction details by hand ensure they update their transaction records online as soon as possible. Doing this has the added benefit of receivers being able to access the full consignment details ahead of time.
Important note: eNVD consignments can be edited up to seven (7) days after the indicated movement date.
