LPA accreditation requirements

The LPA program ensures Australia’s red meat industry has consistent on-farm standards and practices to manage potential food safety risks and provide assurance about the integrity of Australian red meat. The program is underpinned by the LPA Rules and Standards. LPA-accredited producers are required to undertake a range of on-farm practices to ensure these requirements are met. The program consists of seven mandatory modules and additional voluntary modules.
