ISC System Outage 25 July 2020

Integrity System Company (ISC) would like to advise that a number of ISC services will be temporarily unavailable to users from 10pm Saturday 25 July 2020 to 10am Sunday 26 July 2020 (EST).

Upgrades to our system through our outsourced data centre have necessitated this scheduled shutdown.

The outage should only last for two (2) hours within this time period.

Affected services include:

  • National Livestock Identification System (NLIS)
  • Livestock Data Link (LDL)
  • Electronic National Vendor Declarations (eNVD)
  • Meat Standards Australia (MSA)
  • MyMLA (accessing linked accounts) - however you will still be able to access Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) via your LPA login

For problems that cannot be resolved via the FAQs, please contact our ISC Helpdesk on 1800 683 111 or via support@integritysystems.com.au to log an issue.

FAQs

The below online services provided by ISC will be affected and will not be accessible, this includes:  

  • National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) 
  • Electronic National Vendor Declarations (eNVD)
  • Livestock Data Link (LDL)  
  • Meat Standards Australia (MSA)  
  • MyMLA (accessing linked accounts) - however you will still be able to access Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) via your LPA login
  • Log onto National Livestock Identification Service (NLIS) and submit a movement or query the database 
  • Log onto Livestock Data Link (LDL) and retrieve your individual animal feedback  
  • Log onto Meat Standards Australia (MSA) and retrieve your animal feedback  
  • Log onto any services linked through MyMLA - however you will still be able to access Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) with your LPA credentials
  • access electronic National Vendor Declarations (eNVDs)

Reschedule your access to our services within this time period. 

Log onto LPA using your LPA credentials (access via myMLA will be unavailable) and purchase NVD hard copy books, perform reaccreditation and LPA Learning.

Upload to the database through SOAP, XML, TXT/CSV, FTP.

Log onto the NLIS website to manually upload files or run queries.

Reschedule automated uploads to occur after the outage period.

Log onto LPA and purchase NVD hardcopy books, perform reaccreditation and LPA Learning.

Complete the re-upload of movement/processing information once access to services is restored.
